Shipping policy

All shipping will be done through either USPS, UPS or Fedex. We try to ship the fastest but most economical way, we can. 

Most orders will go out within 3 business days. Special order items might take a little longer but you will be notified on an anticipated ship date. 

All shipping is paid for buy the customer unless otherwise stated. 

For returns you will be sent a return shipping label, if we accept the return. Once we have the return we will inspect it and decide whether it conforms to our return policy. If accepted we will then refund your the total of the item. We will not refund the shipping. 

Please remember that once we give it to USPS, UPS or Fedex, it is up to them on when it gets delivered. You will get shipping confirmation and a tracking number for most orders. This will tell you when you SHOULD receive your order. If the order is lost, stolen or otherwise undeliverable, I will help you work with the shipping carrier for a resolution. 

Shipping during holidays usually takes longer so please plan accordingly.
